Nutrition Response Testing

At Living with Motion Chiropractic in Loveland, OH, we’re proud to offer Nutrition Response Testing (NRT)—a powerful, non-invasive method for identifying the root causes of health challenges and guiding the body back to balance through personalized nutritional support. Our certified practitioner, Emily Hunter, FNTP, is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and the founder of Naturally Balanced Life. With a background in Health Promotion and Nutrition from Miami University, Emily combines scientific knowledge with holistic practice to help clients restore their vitality. NRT is based on applied kinesiology, often referred to as “muscle testing,” and uses reflex points on the body to detect stressors such as food sensitivities, heavy metals, toxins, and immune challenges. These insights allow us to design a personalized wellness plan focused on natural, nutrient-dense solutions rather than treating symptoms alone.

What to Expect

Through Nutrition Response Testing, your body communicates which systems are stressed and which nutrients are needed to support healing. During an initial 90-minute appointment, Emily performs a comprehensive scan to evaluate organ function and detect any hidden imbalances caused by chemical toxicity, inflammation, or nutritional deficiencies. Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes and typically occur weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your customized plan. Clients often seek NRT to address concerns like fatigue, hormonal imbalance, brain fog, digestive issues, allergies, immune dysfunction, thyroid concerns, sleep disturbances, and more. Over the course of 6- or 12-session packages, many clients experience significant improvements in energy, mood, and overall health. With the right nutritional support, your body can regain its natural ability to heal.
